ARCHMI-S-821C Series

The ARCHMI-S-821C is a 21.5" widescreen (1920 x 1080 resolution) industrial Panel PC designed to deliver reliable performance for automation, control, and HMI applications in demanding industrial environments. Powered by the Intel® N97 Quad-Core processor, this fanless system provides efficient, responsive computing while maintaining low power consumption. It supports both Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems, offering flexibility and compatibility across a wide range of industrial software platforms.

Built for durability, the ARCHMI-S-821C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel that safeguards against dust, dirt, and water ingress, while its rugged aluminium die-cast chassis and fanless design enable dependable 24/7 operation with minimal maintenance. The 21.5" (1920 x 1080 resolution) TFT-LCD display offers a large and clear workspace for monitoring, visualisation, and control tasks. Touchscreen options include resistive touch, ideal for use with gloves or in environments where dust or liquids are present, and projected capacitive multi-touch, which provides enhanced durability, scratch resistance, and intuitive multi-touch capability. For environments with changing light conditions or high glare, optional auto-dimming and a high-brightness 1000nits LCD ensure optimal visibility.

The ARCHMI-S-821C is equipped with extensive I/O connectivity, including 2 x USB 3.2 Type-A ports, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 1 x RS-232 serial port, 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 1 x HDMI port for external display connection. Storage is provided via an M.2 M-Key slot (PCIe 3.0 x1 or SATA), with expansion options including an M.2 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and an M.2 B-Key slot with Nano-SIM support for 4G/5G wireless connectivity. Security and reliability are further enhanced with onboard TPM 2.0 and a watchdog timer for system stability in mission-critical applications.

Designed to withstand challenging conditions, the ARCHMI-S-821C operates within a wide temperature range of 0~50˚C and accepts a DC 9~36V wide power input, making it suitable for environments with fluctuating power and thermal demands. Flexible mounting options, including panel mount and VESA 75 x 75, ensure easy integration into machinery, kiosks, vehicles, and industrial control systems.
