ARCHMI-S-816C Series

The ARCHMI-S-816C is a 15.6" (1920 x 1080 resolution) industrial touch screen Panel PC designed for high-performance operation in demanding industrial environments. Powered by the Intel® N97 Quad-Core processor, this fanless system delivers responsive and efficient computing for industrial control, automation, and HMI applications. It supports both Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems, ensuring broad compatibility with current and future software platforms.

Designed for durability, the ARCHMI-S-816C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel to protect against dust, dirt, and water ingress, while its rugged aluminium die-cast chassis and fanless design ensure dependable 24/7 operation, reduce maintenance requirements, and extend system longevity. The 15.6" (1920 x 1080 resolution) display provides ample workspace for detailed control interfaces and graphical outputs, making it ideal for applications where clarity, visibility, and accuracy are critical.

Touch screen options include a resistive panel—suitable for use with gloves or in environments with dust, liquids, or debris—or a projected capacitive multi-touch screen, offering enhanced durability, scratch resistance, and intuitive multi-touch functionality. Optional features include auto-dimming for changing light conditions and a high-brightness 1000nits LCD for clear readability in outdoor or high-glare settings.

I/O connectivity includes: 2 x USB 3.2 Type-A ports, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 1 x RS-232 serial port, 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 1 x HDMI port for an external display. Storage is supported via 1 x M.2 M-Key slot (PCIe 3.0 x1 or SATA), with expansion options including, 1 x M.2 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and 1 x M.2 B-Key slot with Nano-SIM support for 4G/5G connectivity. Onboard TPM 2.0 security and a watchdog timer provide additional protection and ensure operational stability in mission-critical applications.

With a wide operating temperature range of 0~50˚C (or optional -20~60˚C with industrial wide-temp SSD/RAM) and DC 9~36V wide power input, the ARCHMI-S-816C is built to perform reliably in environments with fluctuating power or extreme temperatures. Panel mount and VESA 75 x 75 installation options allow flexible integration into machinery, kiosks, vehicles, and industrial control systems.
