  • Balanced Data Masking: We have configured Clarity with "Balanced Masking" enabled. This client-side setting automatically suppresses sensitive elements, input fields, and user keystrokes (such as contact information or text entered into quote and enquiry forms) directly within your browser prior to transmission. Keystroke entries appear as masked characters (***) and are not captured, recorded, or readable by our staff or Microsoft.

Google Ads (AdWords) and Conversion Tracking

If you interact with our advertisements via Google search or display networks, we may use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing features.

  • Conversion Tracking: Drops a temporary cookie to tell us if an interaction on our website resulted from a click on an ad.
  • Remarketing: Enables relevant product or service updates to appear to prior visitors across third-party websites in the Google Display Network. These services rely on anonymous identifiers and do not expose your identity to us.

We do not repurpose quote or enquiry contact details for marketing lists without your consent.
  • Newsletter & Marketing Updates: We only send regular email communications (such as product releases, technical updates, and industry insights) to individuals who have actively requested or consented to receive them.
  • Aggregated Website Usability Data: Browsing and interaction data collected automatically through website cookies, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity is aggregated, de-identified, and used solely to measure general site traffic, page speed, technical health, and user journey optimisation. This analytical data cannot be used by us to identify any individual person, and we do not combine it with personal contact records.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Overseas Transfers

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Keystroke entries on forms are masked, ensuring that personal identifying information is not transferred to or readable within these analytics sessions.
  • Cross-Border Storage: Providers like Mailchimp, Google LLC, and Microsoft Corporation maintain secure global cloud infrastructure (predominantly in the United States and global data centres). By using our website and submitting enquiries, you acknowledge that de-identified telemetry and opt-in contact data may be processed on these secure overseas servers in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8 (APP 8) and NZPP 12. These providers adhere to industry-standard data protection, encryption, and privacy frameworks.

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or to satisfy statutory obligations.
