ARCHMI-S-808C Series

The ARCHMI-S-808C is a compact 8" (800 x 600 resolution) industrial touch screen Panel PC built for dependable performance in challenging environments. Powered by the Intel® N97 Quad-Core processor, this fanless system delivers efficient computing power for industrial control, automation, and HMI applications. It supports both Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems, offering flexibility and compatibility for a wide range of current and future deployments.

The ARCHMI-S-808C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel, providing excellent protection against dust, dirt, and water ingress. Its rugged aluminium die-cast chassis and fanless architecture ensure reliable 24/7 operation, reduced maintenance requirements, and extended service life. The 8" form factor makes it a great choice for installations that require a balance between a compact footprint and enhanced display clarity.

Users can choose between a resistive touch screen, ideal for glove operation or environments with dirt, dust, or liquids, and a projected capacitive multi-touch screen for improved durability, scratch resistance, and multi-touch capability. Optional features include auto-dimming for optimal viewing in varying light conditions and a high-brightness 1000nits LCD for clear visibility in outdoor or brightly lit applications.

I/O connectivity includes: 2 x USB 3.2 Type-A ports, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 1 x RS-232/422/485 serial port, 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 1 x HDMI port for an additional display.  It features 1 x M.2 M-Key slot for storage (PCIe 3.0 x1 or SATA), and for expansion: 1 x M.2 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and 1 x M.2 B-Key slot with Nano-SIM support for 4G/5G connectivity. Onboard TPM 2.0 hardware security and a watchdog timer help maintain operational stability in mission-critical environments.

With a wide operating temperature range of 0~50˚C (or optional -20~60˚C with industrial wide-temp SSD/RAM) and a DC 9~36V wide power input, the ARCHMI-S-808C is designed to handle extreme conditions and unstable power sources. Panel mount and VESA 75 x 75 mounting options allow for flexible installation in industrial machinery, kiosks, vehicles, and control panels.
