ARCHMI-S-812C Series

The ARCHMI-S-812C is a 12.1" (800 x 600 or optional 1024 x 768 resolution) industrial touch screen Panel PC built for reliable performance in demanding environments. Powered by the Intel® N97 Quad-Core processor, this fanless system delivers efficient computing for industrial control, automation, and HMI applications. It supports both Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems, ensuring broad compatibility with current and future software requirements.

The ARCHMI-S-812C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel that provides excellent protection against dust, dirt, and water ingress. Its rugged aluminium die-cast chassis and fanless design enable dependable 24/7 operation, reduce maintenance needs, and extend system longevity. The larger 12.1” display offers increased screen space for complex control interfaces, making it ideal for applications that require detailed visual output in a robust package.

Available with a choice of resistive touch screen—ideal for use with gloves or in environments with dust, liquids, or debris—or projected capacitive multi-touch technology for enhanced durability, scratch resistance, and multi-touch capability, the ARCHMI-S-812C can be configured to suit a variety of industrial needs. Optional features include auto-dimming for dynamic lighting conditions and a high-brightness 1000nits LCD for clear visibility in outdoor or brightly lit settings.

I/O connectivity includes: 2 x USB 3.2 Type-A ports, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 1 x RS-232 serial port, 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 1 x HDMI port for connecting an additional display. It features 1 x M.2 M-Key slot for storage (PCIe 3.0 x1 or SATA), and for expansion: 1 x M.2 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and 1 x M.2 B-Key slot with Nano-SIM support for 4G/5G connectivity. Onboard TPM 2.0 security and a watchdog timer ensure stability and data protection in mission-critical applications.

With a wide operating temperature range of 0~50˚C (or optional -20~60˚C with industrial wide-temp SSD/RAM) and a DC 9~36V wide power input, the ARCHMI-S-812C is engineered to perform reliably in environments with unstable power and extreme temperature fluctuations. Mounting options include panel mount and VESA 75 x 75, providing installation flexibility across machinery, kiosks, vehicles, and control systems.
