ARCHMI-S-819C Series

The ARCHMI-S-819C is a rugged 19" (1280 x 1024 resolution) industrial touch screen Panel PC engineered for reliable operation in demanding industrial and outdoor environments. Powered by the Intel® N97 Quad-Core processor, this fanless system provides responsive performance for industrial control, automation, and HMI applications. Supporting both Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems, it offers flexibility and compatibility with modern software platforms.

Designed for durability, the ARCHMI-S-819C features an IP66-rated aluminium front bezel that protects against dust, dirt, and water ingress, while its die-cast aluminium chassis and fanless thermal design enable silent, low-maintenance, and long-term 24/7 operation. The 19" TFT-LCD (1280 x 1024) delivers sharp visuals for monitoring and control interfaces. It also features an optional 1000nits high-brightness LCD for excellent readability in outdoor or high-glare applications. Touch options include a resistive touch screen—ideal for gloved operation and harsh environments—or a projected capacitive multi-touch panel that provides scratch resistance, multi-gesture functionality, and enhanced durability. An optional auto-dimming function further enhances usability in environments with changing light conditions.

The system provides comprehensive I/O connectivity, including 2 x USB 3.2 Type-A ports, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 1 x RS-232 serial port, 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports, and 1 x HDMI port for an external display. Storage is supported via an M.2 M-Key slot (PCIe 3.0 x1 or SATA, 2280), while expansion options include an M.2 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules and an M.2 B-Key slot with Nano-SIM support for 4G/5G connectivity. Onboard TPM 2.0 security and a programmable watchdog timer provide added reliability and protection for mission-critical deployments.

With a wide operating temperature range of 0~50˚C (or optional -20~60˚C with industrial wide-temp SSD/RAM) and a DC 9~36V wide-range power input, the ARCHMI-S-819C is built to withstand fluctuating power and harsh temperature environments. Flexible panel mount and VESA 75 x 75 installation options make it suitable for integration into industrial machinery, kiosks, vehicles, and control systems.
