The ViTAM-119 is a 19" fully sealed stainless steel industrial monitor purpose-built to deliver dependable visual performance in high-sanitation and heavy washdown environments. Serving as a spacious, high-visibility interface, this monitor is well suited for a range of industrial applications, including food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, chemical production facilities, and outdoor automated machinery where equipment reliability and strict hygiene standards are paramount.

Featuring a large 19" TFT-LCD screen with a 1280 x 1024 resolution, the monitor offers ample screen space for displaying detailed operational workflows and multi-window monitoring setups. To maintain clear visibility under bright factory illumination or outdoor sunlight, an optional 1000nits high-brightness panel is available. Operators can select from versatile touch configurations to match their working environment: resistive touch provides dependable control when wearing thick gloves or operating around liquid spray, while projected capacitive (PCAP) touch offers exceptional surface durability and impact resistance paired with fluid multi-touch input. A glass-only option is also offered for display-only applications.

Built with a smooth true-flat front bezel and a Grade 304 stainless steel enclosure—with Grade 316 available for environments exposed to aggressive chemical agents—the ViTAM-119 provides superior anti-bacterial and anti-corrosive protection. Its fully sealed IP66/IP69K rating ensures total defense against high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns, intensive chemical cleaning, and particulate contamination. To preserve complete waterproof protection at all entry points, the ViTAM-119 utilizes industrial-grade M12 waterproof connectors across its I/O layout, including M12 VGA, waterproof HDMI, and M12 USB 2.0 with tethered protective covers. Rear membrane OSD controls enable quick display adjustments, while an optional 2W IP65 internal speaker provides clear audio alerts. Mounting is flexible and space-efficient, offering standard VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting alongside an optional yoke mount kit.

Engineered to operate continuously under severe environmental and electrical stress, the monitor supports a wide 9~36V DC power input and features an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
