The ViTAM-115 is a 15" fully sealed stainless steel industrial monitor purpose-built to withstand demanding, washdown-heavy environments where operational hygiene and equipment reliability are non-negotiable. Designed as a robust display interface for a range of industrial applications, including factory automation, food processing, beverage bottling, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and cleanroom facilities, this display offers dependable visual monitoring without compromising on cleanliness or industrial performance.

Featuring a 15" TFT-LCD screen with a standard 1024 x 768 resolution, the monitor provides crisp display output for critical operational data. For installations exposed to intense ambient light or direct sunlight, an optional 1000nits high-brightness panel ensures maximum screen legibility. Operators can select from flexible touch options to suit specific working conditions: resistive touch delivers accurate input when wearing thick industrial gloves or working around heavy liquid splashes, while projected capacitive (PCAP) touch provides superior surface durability and impact resistance alongside smooth multi-touch control. A glass-only panel option is also available for display-only tasks.

Constructed with a smooth true-flat front bezel and a Grade 304 stainless steel chassis (with Grade 316 available as an option for aggressive chemical protection), the ViTAM-115 exhibits superior anti-bacterial and anti-corrosive properties. Its complete IP66/IP69K ingress rating provides total protection against high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns, chemical sanitisation agents, and fine particulate ingress. This fully sealed design prevents fluid accumulation, eliminates dirt-trapping crevices, and lowers routine maintenance requirements, backed by a dedicated side-edge touch on/off button that allows operators to wipe down the screen safely during active production shifts.

To ensure long-term connectivity in wet and harsh environments, the ViTAM-115 utilizes industrial-grade M12 waterproof connectors across all I/O interfaces, including M12 VGA, waterproof HDMI, and M12 USB 2.0 with tethered protective covers. System adjustments are easily handled using membrane OSD buttons located on the rear, while an optional integrated 2W IP65 speaker offers clear acoustic feedback. Mounting is versatile and space-efficient, offering compatibility with standard VESA 75 x 75 mm mounts as well as an optional yoke mount kit.

Engineered to endure severe electrical fluctuations and extreme thermal conditions, the monitor supports a wide-range 9~36V DC power input and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
