RELEASE - E-xD New Support For IP-Connected Sensor

Interworld Electronics is excited to release the E-2D, E-5D and E-16D range of environmental monitoring systems from nti with an added new feature. The PWR-RMT-RBT-C13 remote power reboot switch can now function as an IP-connected remote sensor for the E-2D, E-5D, or E-16D environmental monitoring systems.

With this new feature, users are able to connect up to two PWR-RMT-RBT-C13 units to the E-xD system. All sensors connected to the E-xD, including the remote power reboot switch, can easily be viewed on a single summary page.

The range of E-xD environmental monitoring systems are able to monitor in real-time the parameters of many connected sensors used for detecting environmental and security conditions. They can also send out alerts to personnel when a sensor goes out of range of a configurable threshold. Alerts are sent via various communication channels such as: email, alarm beacon, siren, web page, network management (SNMP), voice phone calls, and SMS messages.
