The VT-677WK is an 8" (1280 x 720 resolution) industrial vehicle mount Panel PC engineered for demanding mobile material handling, warehouse logistics, and container terminal operations. Powered by an energy-efficient Intel® Alder Lake-N N97 quad-core processor with Intel® UHD Graphics, it delivers dependable Windows computing for running Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), barcode verification, and edge data processing. The system supports up to 16GB of DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM memory and up to 2TB of high-capacity M.2 2280 SATA SSD storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and reliable data access on the move.

Featuring an 8-inch industrial TFT LCD with a 16:9 widescreen layout, the display provides a high-brightness output of 750nits for clear visibility in brightly lit indoor facilities and outdoor yards. It incorporates projected capacitive (PCAP) multi-touch technology, offering accurate, fluid touch interaction. To maximize operator efficiency, the front panel integrates a full 70-key backlit QWERTY keyboard—including F1 to F24 function keys and dedicated alphanumeric buttons with adjustable day and night illumination modes—enabling rapid, error-free manual data entry even when wearing work gloves.

Equipped with a rich array of industrial interfaces, the unit easily connects to barcode scanners, RFID readers, scales, and mobile peripherals. Connectivity includes 4 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 2 x COM ports (RS-232 via rugged M12 connectors), 2 x GbE LAN (RJ45), 1 x 3.5mm audio jack, and an integrated SIM card slot. Built to endure tough industrial vehicle conditions on forklifts, reach stackers, and heavy trucks, the VT-677WK features a fanless die-cast aluminium enclosure with full IP65 dust and water ingress protection. It meets MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8 and 516.8 standards for shock and vibration resistance, safeguarding internal hardware against rough terrain and mechanical impacts. The unit operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to 60°C—making it suitable for cold-storage environments—and supports a wide 8 to 36 VDC power input with standard vehicle ignition management.

The system supports enterprise operating environments including Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, Windows 11 Pro, and Windows 10 Pro. With a compact footprint measuring 281 x 251 x 69 mm and weighing 3.25 kg, the computer integrates easily into space-constrained vehicle cabs using standard VESA 75 and VESA 100 mounting patterns.
