AITRON-815C Series

The AITRON-815C is a robust 15-inch industrial HMI designed for demanding automation, manufacturing and IIoT environments where screen size, reliability and performance are critical. Powered by the Intel® Atom™ x7425E quad-core processor (1.5GHz, 12W TDP) with integrated Intel® UHD Graphics, it delivers efficient CPU and GPU performance for visualisation, monitoring and edge-ready industrial applications in a fully fanless design.

The system supports DDR5-4800MHz SO-DIMM memory up to 32GB and includes an M.2 2280 M-Key slot supporting SATA or PCIe-based SSD storage for fast and reliable data access. An onboard TPM 2.0 enhances platform security, while support for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 and Linux ensures compatibility with a wide range of industrial software platforms.

The 15" TFT-LCD display features a 1024 x 768 resolution with projected capacitive multi-touch and a 7H anti-scratch glass surface, providing durability and precise touch operation in industrial environments. A 1000nit high-brightness display option is available for improved visibility in bright indoor or semi-outdoor installations. Optional features include auto-dimming, optical bonding, anti-glare (AG) and anti-reflection (AR) coatings, and an anti-UV surface treatment to enhance readability and long-term reliability.

Connectivity is well suited to industrial integration, with 2 x USB 3.2 Gen1, 2 x USB 2.0, dual 2.5GbE LAN ports, 1 x HDMI 1.4 output supporting up to 4K at 30Hz, and dual RS-232/422/485 serial ports. There is also the option to add an additional 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A or 1 x COM (supports RS-232). Expansion options include M.2 slots for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and LTE/5G modules, along with a Nano-SIM slot for wireless connectivity.

Built for long-term industrial operation, the AITRON-815C features a true-flat, IP66-rated aluminium front bezel, supports panel and VESA mounting, accepts a wide 9–36V DC power input, and operates across a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (high-brightness models: 0°C to 50°C). The AITRON-815C is well suited to smart manufacturing, machine control, kiosks and industrial monitoring applications requiring a larger display, rugged construction and flexible connectivity.
