AITRON-807C Series

The AITRON-807C is a compact and rugged 7-inch industrial HMI designed for reliable operation in automation, manufacturing and IIoT environments. Powered by the Intel® Atom™ x7425E quad-core processor (1.5GHz, 12W TDP) with integrated Intel® UHD Graphics, it supports hardware-accelerated graphics and video processing for responsive visualisation, monitoring and edge-ready applications, all within a fanless, space-saving design.

The system supports DDR5-4800MHz SO-DIMM memory up to 32GB and includes an M.2 2280 M-Key slot supporting SATA or PCIe-based SSD storage for fast and reliable data access. Built-in TPM 2.0 enhances system security, while compatibility with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 and Linux allows flexible integration into existing industrial software environments.

The 7" TFT-LCD display features a 1024 x 600 resolution with projected capacitive multi-touch and a 7H anti-scratch surface for improved durability in industrial environments. An optional 1000-nit high-brightness display is available for improved visibility in bright or semi-outdoor environments. Optional auto-dimming support enables adaptive brightness control based on ambient lighting conditions. To further enhance optical performance and durability, the display can be configured with optical bonding, anti-glare (AG) and anti-reflection (AR) coatings, as well as an anti-UV surface treatment.

Connectivity includes 2 x USB 3.2 Gen1, 2 x USB 2.0, dual 2.5GbE LAN ports, HDMI 1.4 output supporting up to 4K at 30Hz, and 2 x RS-232/422/485 serial communication for legacy and modern equipment. Expansion options include M.2 slots for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and LTE/5G modules, as well as a Nano-SIM slot to support wireless connectivity.

Designed for harsh industrial environments, the AITRON-807C supports a wide 9–36V DC power input, panel and VESA mounting, and operates across a -20°C to 60°C wide temperature range (high-brightness models: 0°C to 50°C).
