BOXER-6647-MTH: Compact Fanless Box PC with Intel Core Ultra CPU & NPU

The BOXER-6647-MTH is a high-performance, compact fanless Box PC engineered for demanding edge AI, advanced robotics, and space-constrained industrial automation applications. Powered by the Intel® Core™ Ultra 5/7 processor platform with an integrated NPU and GPU, it efficiently offloads AI and machine learning tasks to optimize real-time processing and lower latency. Its rugged, fully sealed aluminium housing relies on an innovative thermal heatsink design to eliminate ventilation points, ensuring superior durability in harsh operating environments.

To ensure versatile connectivity, the system includes a comprehensive I/O suite featuring six USB ports (four USB 3.2 and two USB 2.0), three ultra-fast LAN ports, dual HDMI outputs supporting multi-display setups, and serial and digital I/O options including two RS-232/422/485 COM ports. It provides flexible storage via external, user-accessible M.2 NVMe and 2.5" SATA drive trays for seamless data swapping without system downtime, alongside M.2 expansion slots for Wi-Fi and 5G wireless modules. Built to withstand tough conditions, the BOXER-6647-MTH supports a wide 9V–36V DC power input, anti-shock and anti-vibration protection, and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C.

AITRON-807C Series: 7" IP66 Industrial HMI with PCAP Touch & High Brightness

The AITRON-807C Series is a compact and rugged 7-inch industrial HMI designed for reliable operation in automation, manufacturing, and IIoT environments. Powered by the Intel® Atom™ x7425E quad-core processor with integrated Intel® UHD Graphics, it supports hardware-accelerated graphics and video processing for responsive visualisation, monitoring, and edge-ready applications, all within a fanless, space-saving design. Built with a rugged aluminium housing, it features a fully sealed IP66-rated front bezel with a narrow, true-flat design to isolate internal components against dust and water ingress. The TFT-LCD display features projected capacitive multi-touch technology with a 7H anti-scratch surface for improved durability, alongside an optional 1000nits high-brightness configuration and auto-dimming support for enhanced visibility in bright or semi-outdoor environments.

Offering extensive I/O options, the system includes a comprehensive interface featuring four USB ports (two USB 3.2 Gen1 and two USB 2.0), dual ultra-fast 2.5GbE LAN ports, an HDMI 1.4 output supporting up to 4K resolution at 30Hz, and two RS-232/422/485 serial communication ports. It offers flexible local storage via an M.2 2280 M-Key slot supporting SATA or PCIe-based SSDs, alongside M.2 expansion slots for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and LTE/5G wireless modules plus a Nano-SIM slot. Engineered for harsh factory conditions, the AITRON-807C features built-in TPM 2.0 security, a wide 9–36V DC power input, panel and VESA 100x100 mounting options, and operates reliably across a -20°C to 60°C wide temperature range (high-brightness models: 0°C to 50°C).

RTC-I116: 11.6" Rugged Industrial Tablet with 12th Gen Intel Core i CPU

The RTC-I116 is a high-performance 11.6" rugged Windows tablet engineered for demanding field, industrial, and mobile workforce applications. Its 11.6-inch Full HD display delivers exceptional clarity, enhanced further by a 1000nits sunlight-readable panel for outdoor visibility. The G+G capacitive multi-touch screen supports operation with gloves, rain, and an active stylus, while the Gorilla Glass surface with 7H hardness provides strong scratch and impact resistance suitable for harsh work environments. Powered by 12th generation Intel® Core™ i5 or i7 processors with integrated graphics, the RTC-I116 offers responsive performance for data-intensive, GIS, inspection, diagnostics, and operational workflows, backed by 16GB LPDDR5 memory (expandable to 32GB) and a 256GB NVMe PCIe SSD.

Offering extensive I/O options, the tablet provides comprehensive connectivity and data-capture capabilities, including integrated 1D/2D barcode scanning, NFC, UHF RFID, and fingerprint authentication. Its physical interface suite features dual USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a USB Type-C port for power and data, an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, a mini HDMI output, two serial ports for legacy equipment, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Wireless communication is equally robust with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth® 5.3, multi-band 4G/5G cellular options via a Nano SIM slot, and GNSS positioning. KB020: Panel-Mount Stainless Steel Industrial Keyboard with Touchpad

The KB020 is a rugged stainless-steel panel-mount industrial keyboard designed for reliable performance in demanding, hygienic, or public environments. Built with an IP65-rated water and dust-resistant design, it is ideal for industrial automation, food processing, medical, and kiosk applications where durability and cleanliness are essential.
