Its 11.6-inch Full HD (1920 × 1080) display delivers exceptional clarity, enhanced further by a 1000nits sunlight-readable panel for outdoor visibility. The G+G capacitive multi-touch screen supports operation with gloves, rain, and an active stylus, while the Gorilla Glass surface with 7H hardness provides strong scratch and impact resistance suitable for harsh work environments.

Powered by 12th generation Intel® Core™ i5 or i7 processors, the RTC-I116 offers responsive performance for data-intensive, GIS, inspection, diagnostics, and operational workflows. It comes equipped with 16GB LPDDR5 memory (expandable to 32GB) and a 256GB NVMe PCIe SSD, with optional upgrades up to 1TB for high-capacity storage. Integrated Intel® graphics ensure smooth visual rendering for mapping, imaging, and analysis tasks. Front and rear cameras—5MP (optional Windows Hello support) and 12MP respectively—enhance documentation, remote support, and identity verification. A full sensor suite, including a G-sensor, light sensor, and gyroscope, supports situational awareness and responsive device control.

The RTC-I116 provides extensive connectivity and data-capture capability, including integrated 1D/2D barcode scanning, NFC, UHF RFID, and fingerprint authentication.
