VPC-5640S: Fanless In-Vehicle Embedded Box PC with 12th Gen. Intel Core i7 Processor, Multi-POE, Ultra-Wide Range Operating Temperature, and a wide variety of I/O

The VPC-5640S is a compact (240mm x 167.1mm x 76mm), rugged in-vehicle Embedded Box PC with a fanless design and wide range of features. Equipped with four PoE LAN, a plethora of serial communication connections, military-spec ruggedness, and exceptional expansion options, the VPC-5640S is purpose-designed to help you navigate your way to success.

This blend of PoE function and serial communication is complimented by the system's 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processing, the power of which facilitates process control and task execution functions conducive to a range of applications, including video surveillance. It also features two DDR5 SODIMM, with up to 64GB memory, two USB3.2 Gen2, two USB2.0, and two HDMI, allowing operators to easily connect multiple displays. Support for Windows 10/11, also makes it a future-proof solution that can adapt to various applications.

The VPC-5640S is designed for optimum functionality in the harshest settings, with a ultra-wide -40°C ~ 70°C operating temperature range and 9V ~ 36V DC power input range with circuit protection and ignition delay on/off (only applicable to VPC-5640S-VS model), which serves to protect crucial data against failure caused by variations in environmental conditions and power supply fluctuations.

FABS-915B Series: 15" Fanless Industrial Panel PC with Intel Gen. 8 Core i3/i5 Processor & IP66/69K Stainless Steel Front

The FABS-915B features a powerful built-in Intel 8th generation energy efficient core i3/i5 processor, as well as a 260-pin SO-DIMM DDR4 slot, offering up to 32GB of RAM. It has a wide range of rugged/hygienic features and customisable options. These features make it ideal for a wide variety of applications where hygiene is a requirement, including food and beverage processing & manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing & packaging, biotechnology and cosmetics manufacturing.

The FABS-915B is housed in a fanless aluminium chassis with a 304 or optional 316 grade stainless-steel bezel that provides IP66/IP69K front panel water and dust protection. It features a 15” TFT-LCD display with 1024 x 768 resolution and supports resistive or projected capacitive touch. It also features, high brightness options, a range of I/O, support for Win 10 IoT/11, an optional smart battery backup feature, and mounting options.

ARCDIS-107A Series: 7” Fanless Industrial Display, IP66 Front Panel, Resistive/Projected Capacitive Touch Screen

The ARCDIS-107A series is a 7” (800 x 480) fanless industrial display with a rugged design ideal for harsh industrial environments. The ARCDIS-107A series has a wide range of rugged industrial features and customisable options, which makes it ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications, including manufacturing, warehousing, kiosks and process control.

MSR FlexSensors: Flexible Rugged Plug-In Sensors with a Range of Sensor Options & IP67 Protection

The range of MSR FlexSensors are rugged interchangeable plug-in sensors for recording measured parameters such as temperature, humidity, fluid pressure, light and 3-axis acceleration (Fast Peak).

The FlexSensors offer an efficient, cost-effective and flexible solution for a wide range of measurement applications. They are very quick and easy to exchange, enabling users to expand their sensor range at any time. They are designed so that they can also be used in damp environments such as wet areas. The high level of impermeability (IP67 dust/water protection) ensures that the sensors function reliably even in demanding industrial environments.

USB-AI16-16 Series: USB 16 Channel, 16-bit, 500KHz Analogue Input Module with 16 DI/O & Rugged Enclosure

The USB-AIO Series offers an ideal solution for adding portable, easy-to-install high-speed analog and digital I/O capabilities to any PC or embedded system with a USB port. These units are USB 2.0 high-speed devices, offering the highest speed available on the USB 2.0 bus. The USB-AIO16-16F is a 16-bit resolution A/D board capable of speeds up to 1MHz (in real-time operating systems) for its 16 single-ended (16 pseudo-differential optional) or 8 differential analog inputs. Each channel can be independently software configured to accept 8 different input ranges. A unique, real-time internal calibration system allows the card to continually compensate for offset/gain errors giving a more accurate reading. Additional features include 16 digital I/O lines and 0, 2, or 4 analog outputs (analog outputs not applicable to USB-AI16-16 models). The unit is plug-and-play allowing a quick connection whenever you need additional I/O on the convenience of a USB port.
