ARCHMI-S-815C: 15" Industrial Fanless Panel PC with Intel Atom x7425E CPU

The ARCHMI-S-815C is a 15" industrial touch screen Panel PC engineered for reliable performance in demanding environments like manufacturing, automation, and control systems. Powered by the Intel Atom x7425E Quad-Core processor with up to 32GB of DDR5 memory, it features a rugged aluminium die-cast chassis and an IP66-rated front bezel built to protect against dust, dirt, and water ingress. The 1024 x 768 display offers versatile touch options, including resistive touch for glove-on use or projected capacitive multi-touch for enhanced scratch resistance and intuitive operation.

To ensure seamless connectivity, the system includes a comprehensive I/O suite featuring dual 2.5GbE LAN, four USB ports, three COM ports, and an HDMI output for secondary displays. It offers flexible wireless expansion via internal M.2 slots for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G/5G mobile connectivity with Nano-SIM support. Designed for stability, the ARCHMI-S-815C supports a wide 9V–36V DC input and operates reliably from 0°C to 50°C, with an optional wide-temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. With panel and VESA mounting, it is a robust, fanless solution where 24/7 durability and versatile integration are paramount.

ViTAM-919D: 19" IP66/69K Fully Sealed Stainless Steel Panel PC

The ViTAM-919D is a 19" fully sealed stainless steel Panel PC engineered for hygiene-critical environments such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and cleanrooms. Powered by a 12th/13th Gen. Intel Core i3/i5 processor with up to 64GB of DDR4 memory, it features an IP66/69K rated Grade 304 stainless steel chassis (Grade 316 optional) built to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. The true-flat touchscreen offers resistive touch for glove-on use or projected capacitive multi-touch and includes a unique side-edge touch on/off button for hygienic cleaning without system power-down.

To maintain waterproof integrity, the system uses high-grade M12 connectors for all I/O, including LAN, USB, and serial ports, with expansion slots for optional additional M12-connected I/O, such as extra USB or HDMI. It offers flexible connectivity via internal slots for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 5G, along with an optional front-mounted RFID module. Designed for demanding conditions, the ViTAM-919D supports a wide 9V–36V DC input and operates reliably from 0°C to 50°C. With VESA, Yoke, and floor stand mounting, it is a robust, fully sealed solution where sanitation and durability are paramount.

AVS-532: Machine Vision System with 12th/13th/14th Gen Intel Core i CPU

The AVS-532 is an industrial Box PC purpose-built for factory automation and high-performance machine vision applications. Powered by 12th/13th/14th Gen Intel Core i3/i5/i7/i9 processors with up to 64GB of DDR5 memory, it features a rugged titanium grey aluminium heatsink and black steel chassis designed for harsh environments. The fanless design ensures 24/7 reliability, while the front-facing I/O layout and wall or DIN rail mounting options allow for seamless integration into industrial control cabinets and automated machinery.

To facilitate advanced system customisation, the AVS-532 includes dual PCIe expansion slots (x16 and x4) and comprehensive connectivity via dual 2.5GbE LAN, four USB 3.2 ports, four serial ports, 8x DIO, one HDMI port and one DP port. The system offers extensive internal expansion through M.2 and Mini-PCIe slots for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G/5G, along with optional removable 2.5” drive bays for high-capacity data storage. Built for operational stability, it supports a wide 9V–36V DC input and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C up to 60°C. With onboard TPM 2.0 and watchdog timer support, it is a robust, flexible hub for mission-critical HMI and vision solutions.

E-5D: ENVIROMUX Enterprise Environmental Monitoring System

The E-5D is an enterprise-grade environmental monitoring solution designed to safeguard critical infrastructure by tracking temperature, humidity, liquid presence, and security conditions. Equipped with two internal sensors and supporting five external configurable sensors plus five digital inputs, it provides real-time oversight of server rooms and industrial facilities. The system is built on a Linux-based platform that allows for sophisticated alert customisation, notifying users via email, SNMP, or SMS whenever sensor data exceeds user-defined thresholds.

To provide comprehensive facility control, the E-5D features two output relays for managing external devices and supports IP network cameras for live visual monitoring. It offers flexible integration with open-source management packages like Nagios and includes USB ports for external modems or log data retrieval. Designed for mission-critical stability, the unit supports an optional internal battery backup and can operate in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to 85°C. With robust AES 256-bit encryption and multi-language support, it serves as a secure, scalable hub for protecting high-value assets against environmental threats.

MSR175Pro: High-Performance Shock Data Logger for Heavy-Duty Logistics

The MSR175Pro is a robust, high-performance shock data logger specifically engineered for monitoring mechanical impacts during the transportation of heavy-duty assets and transformers. Equipped with an integrated 3-axis acceleration sensor with selectable ranges of ±10g, ±20g, or ±40g, it is optimised for high-mass logistics where capturing short-duration, dynamic shock events is critical. The device features advanced signal conditioning, including anti-aliasing and high-pass filters, ensuring that transport-induced loads are accurately separated from static gravitational influences for reliable insurance and liability assessments.

To provide a complete environmental profile, the MSR175Pro also records temperature, humidity, air pressure, and light, storing over two million measurement values in its internal memory. It features a tamper-proof recording system with a ring buffer for 1,000 shock events and a non-overwritable auxiliary memory for critical impacts. Enclosed in a durable IP65-rated housing, the logger is powered by a replaceable battery with a minimum two-year service life. With the included MSR software suite for automated report generation and detailed event analysis, it is an essential tool for securing high-value industrial shipments worldwide.
