Our range of USB Analogue I/O modules and data acquisition (DAQ) boards delivers flexible, high-density analogue measurement and control capabilities directly over USB. Designed for test, measurement, industrial automation, and laboratory monitoring, these systems remove the need for internal expansion slots, allowing rapid deployment with industrial PCs across Australia and New Zealand.
Available in configurations supporting 16 to 128 analogue inputs, these devices accommodate both single-ended (SE) and differential (DIF) input topologies. High-resolution 12-bit and 16-bit analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) provide precise signal digitisation across selectable voltage ranges, while high-speed sampling rates—reaching up to 2MHz on select models—ensure accurate capture of fast dynamic signals.
In addition to analogue inputs, the range includes versatile analogue output options. Select models feature multi-channel digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) with up to 16 outputs, simultaneous update capabilities, and specialised features such as high-speed arbitrary waveform generation (up to 8MHz). Integrated digital I/O lines are also featured across multifunction models for system synchronisation and control.
To suit varied installation requirements, systems are offered in a range of form factors: including rugged, external DAQ-PACK enclosures for field and benchtop use, and compact OEM board-level modules designed for direct embedded integration into customer equipment.
