AiTRON-915D Series

The AiTRON-915D is a 15" (1024 x 768 resolution) industrial multitouch Panel PC designed to deliver dependable computing power directly into demanding industrial environments such as factory automation, industrial manufacturing, and control rooms. Driven by high-performance 12th or 13th Generation Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors, this industrial panel PC provides robust processing capabilities tailored for intense data processing and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) application requirements. To ensure smooth multitasking and ample local data capacity, the AiTRON-915D supports up to 64GB of fast DDR4 SO-DIMM system memory alongside an M.2 2280 M-Key slot for a high-speed PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD.

The industrial-grade 15-inch TFT-LCD display features a 1024 x 768 resolution and an optional high-brightness 1000nits luminance to ensure excellent legibility under high-glare ambient lighting conditions. This model features a premium projected capacitive multi-touch screen equipped with 7H anti-scratch glass, which offers a highly scratch-resistant and rugged interface surface for long-term optical clarity and durability in heavy-use environments. For enhanced operational comfort and efficiency across fluctuating lighting, the display can be configured with an optional integrated auto-dimming ambient light sensor.

For flexible connectivity and modern network communication, the AiTRON-915D features a versatile I/O array including two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI 2.1 video output, and two gigabit LAN ports for wired networking. Serial communication is well supported with a standard COM1 RS-232/422/485 port, with additional options to populate a second COM2 multi-mode port and a third COM3 RS-232 interface via DB9 connectors. Wireless expansion is a core strength of this panel PC, offering dual internal M.2 slots for optional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G LTE/5G cellular connectivity supported by an integrated Nano-SIM card slot.

Engineered to withstand intense industrial environments, this industrial panel PC is built with a heavy-duty aluminium die-cast chassis utilising an entirely fanless thermal design to eliminate moving parts. It features an IP66-compliant front narrow bezel design that provides robust dust and water protection to completely isolate internal components against ingress when panel mounted. Furthermore, the hardware handles demanding industrial conditions with a wide operating temperature range of -20°C~60°C and a flexible 9~36VDC industrial power input via a secure terminal block connection.

The system offers versatile software compatibility with native support for Windows 11, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, and Linux Ubuntu 22.04 operating systems to match your corporate infrastructure. For easy deployment across space-constrained workstations or equipment control doors, the compact AiTRON-915D supports both panel mounting and standardised VESA 100 patterns for secure attachment to mechanical monitor arms. To guarantee data protection and system reliability, the PC also incorporates an onboard hardware TPM 2.0 module and an adjustable software-programmable watchdog timer.
