ABOS-916C Series

The ABOS-916C series is a 15.6” (1920 x 1080) fanless industrial Panel PC with built-in RAFI FS22+ functional buttons. Building on an already impressive range of features, the ABOS-916C combines the rugged industrial features associated with our other Panel PCs, with the convenience of built-in push buttons. Powered by an 11th Gen. Intel Core i3/i5 processor, and supporting up to 64Gb of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory, the ABOS-916C provides operators with a high-performance, precise and intuitive solution.

Combining touch screen functionality with built-in push buttons, operators of the ABOS-916C are able to perform a wide range of tasks all with the one solution, including quickly stopping processes in an emergency. This can help to reduce cost caused by unnecessary damage, and can also make the work environment safer for operators. The built-in push button panel features: one emergency button, for immediately stopping processes in an emergency; one key switch, that can be used to lock access to the control system; three default buttons for starting, stopping and resetting processes; and three self-defined buttons that can be customised by the operator to perform the tasks that they select.

The ABOS-916C features a 15.6" TFT-LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. It also supports projected capacitive touch, that features multi-touch support, and an anti-scratch surface which helps to improve usability, while also providing the screen with tough protection. An optional keyboard holder can also be attached, allowing operators to easily keep an external keyboard attached right in front of the system, making operation even more adaptive and convenient.

The ABOS-916C features a fanless design, with a rugged and durable aluminium enclosure and 316L grade stainless-steel I/O cover. The fully sealed aluminium enclosure provides IP65 water and dust protection. The I/O cover can easily be integrated with the flexible swing arm mounting kit, which enables operators to neatly manage I/O cables within the swing arm. Optional left and right aluminium handles can also be attached to the system, allowing operators to easily adjust the position of the system.

The ABOS-916C features 1 x USB 2.0 on the front panel for easy access. It also includes: 4 x USB 3.2, and 2 x LAN ports (1 x GbE & 1 x 2.5GbE), as well as the following optional I/O: 2 x RS-232/422/485 COM ports and 8-bit GPIO. It also features 1 x M.2 M-Key slot for SSD, 1 x mSATA/mPCIe slot, and 1 x M.2 E-key slot for Wi-Fi/BT module. The ABOS-916C series supports Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 IoT, and Ubuntu, helping to future-proof any applications that may be required.

The ABOS-916C also supports DC 9~36V power input and an operating temperature range of 0°C ~50°C, enabling it to run continuously even in harsh industrial environments. The ABOS-916C series provides an intuitive operator experience with the inclusion of built-in push buttons, offers a range of customisable features to make it user-friendly, and also has a range of rugged features ideal for harsh industrial conditions.
