At its core, the AITAS-EN303 features an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE processor paired with 16GB of high-speed LPDDR5 RAM. It also includes a M.2 2280 M-Key slot supporting NVMe SSDs, ensuring smooth and responsive performance for demanding AI applications and large datasets.

The AITAS-EN303 provides comprehensive connectivity essential for advanced edge AI deployments. High-speed network communication is facilitated by 1 x GbE (RJ-45) LAN port and 4 x GbE (RJ-45) LAN ports with Power over Ethernet (PoE) PSE. For peripherals, it offers 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A ports and 1 x Micro USB port (for OS flash). Versatile serial and industrial interfacing is available through 1 x DB-9 port (RS-232/485) or 1 x CANBus FD and 1 x DB-15 port (RS-232/422/485) or 8x Digital I/O. Display output is provided via 1 x HDMI 2.0 port. Expansion options include 1 x M.2 3042/3052 B-Key slot for 4G/5G modules, 1 x M.2 2230 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and a SIM card slot.

It supports a wide operating temperature range (-15°C to 60°C) and a flexible power input (12-24V DC).
