As we come to the end of the year and look ahead to next year, we would like to share with you some recent news and updates regarding our industry.

Firstly, due to recent market volatility and high demands from AI applications, the pricing of memory and SSD drives has risen sharply, and supply levels have become highly unstable. We are also experiencing some supply issues and a gradual price increase with our CPUs as well. It unfortunately looks like this trend will continue on into the first half of next year. While we are trying our best to limit the impact this has on our customers, unfortunately all manufacturers and suppliers are facing the same pricing increase. We sincerely apologise for any negative impact this may have on our customers, and will endeavour to promptly reduce our pricing once the supply chain stabilises.

In some more positive news, this year has also brought exciting progress on the product front, with the release of several new Panel PCs and Embedded Box PCs powered by the latest Intel x7425E and Intel Core Ultra processors. These next-generation CPUs deliver significant gains in performance, efficiency, and AI-ready capability — ensuring our customers can take advantage of faster, more reliable, and future-proof industrial solutions. We are also excited for early next year, when we plan to introduce additional products featuring these advanced processors.
