The BOXER-6648-ARS is a compact, fanless embedded computer designed to deliver powerful, energy-efficient performance in demanding industrial environments. Equipped with Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 2 processors — including Ultra 9, Ultra 7 and Ultra 5 options — this system combines next-generation CPU performance with the Intel® Xe LPG graphics engine, making it ideal for edge computing, machine vision, automation control, and industrial AI workloads.

Supporting dual-channel DDR5 SODIMM memory up to 96GB, the BOXER-6648-ARS provides the bandwidth required for multitasking, high-speed data processing and real-time control applications. Its flexible storage architecture includes dual internal 2.5" SATA drive bays and an M.2 2280 M-Key slot (PCIe Gen 4 x4) for high-performance NVMe SSDs, enabling fast data access and reliable long-term operation in data-intensive environments.

The BOXER-6648-ARS provides extensive connectivity with 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and 4 x USB 2.0 (A1) or 6 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A and 2 x USB 2.0 (A2), along with six DB-9 ports supporting RS-232/422/485, 2 x HDMI 2.0 , and 8 x digital I/O. It also features 3 x LAN, including 2 x 2.5GbE (Intel® I226-LM) and 1 x 1GbE (Intel® I219-LM), with iAMT support on the A2 model, plus expansion via 1 x M.2 2230 E-Key (PCIe) and 1 x M.2 2280 M-Key (PCIe Gen 4 x4) for wireless modules (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) and NVMe storage.

Engineered for reliability, the system supports a wide 10–35V DC power input with circuit protection, ensuring stable operation in vehicles, control cabinets and industrial machinery. Its rugged design enables consistent performance across a -25°C~50°C operating temperature range, supported by fanless thermal engineering that reduces maintenance requirements. The system also withstands harsh mechanical conditions with 3Grms vibration resistance (SSD, 5–500Hz) and 50G shock protection (SSD, wallmount, 11ms half-sine) — making it suitable for transportation, factory floors and mobile equipment.

Flexible installation options include wall mounting and optional DIN rail mounting, allowing easy integration into control panels, machinery, and space-constrained environments. With support for Windows 11 and Ubuntu, the BOXER-6648-ARS provides long-term OS flexibility for industrial software platforms.
