Our range of USB digital I/O modules and data acquisition (DAQ) boards provides flexible discrete signal monitoring and control directly over USB. Designed for industrial automation, machine monitoring, process control, and laboratory test systems, these devices eliminate the need for internal expansion slots, enabling rapid deployment with industrial PCs across Australia and New Zealand.
Available in channel densities ranging from 4 up to 96 digital lines, the selection supports both standard TTL logic and optically isolated signal interfacing. Isolated digital input configurations protect host computing equipment from high-voltage spikes, ground loops, and electrical noise commonly found in industrial environments.
For driving external machinery and load control, the range includes a variety of output configurations. Options comprise electromechanical form C relays, high-side and low-side solid-state FET switches, and solid-state relays capable of controlling solenoids, actuators, indicators, and power equipment directly without requiring external driver interfaces.
To support complex control applications, specialised models incorporate high-speed digital pattern and waveform generation, multi-channel counter/timers, on-board intelligent firmware, and integrated serial communications. Systems are supplied in rugged external enclosures with pluggable screw terminals for easy field wiring, as well as OEM board-level configurations for direct embedded integration.
