NuTAM-921E Series

The NuTAM-921E is a 21.5" fanless stainless steel panel PC purpose-built for hygienic and washdown-intensive industrial environments. Featuring a fully sealed, edge-to-edge true-flat front and a SUS304 stainless steel chassis as standard (with SUS316 optional), the enclosure provides excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals and bacterial build-up, while simplifying cleaning and reducing long-term maintenance in hygiene-critical applications such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical processing.

Powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 1 processors, the NuTAM-921E utilises a hybrid architecture combining Performance-cores (P-cores) and Efficient-cores (E-cores) to deliver strong computing performance with improved energy efficiency. Integrated Intel® Arc™ graphics support advanced visual workloads, while the on-chip NPU enables low-power AI acceleration for edge inference, analytics and intelligent monitoring. This architecture ensures responsive operation, efficient multitasking and readiness for modern industrial and edge AI applications.

The system supports DDR5 SO-DIMM memory up to 48GB, along with flexible storage options including a PCIe x4 M.2 2280 slot as standard and an optional 2.5" SATA III SSD. Industrial I/O is delivered via M12 connectors with waterproof caps and chains, including 2 x USB 2.0, RS-232/422/485 serial, and 2.5GbE LAN. Two additional M12 blank positions allow configurable expansion, supporting optional USB, LAN, serial or HDMI interfaces to suit application-specific requirements.

For wireless connectivity, the NuTAM-921E supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, LTE and 5G via M.2 expansion slots, with an integrated SIM slot for cellular applications. Optional RFID and camera modules help minimise external cabling and improve reliability in clean or sealed installations.

The 21.5" TFT-LCD display offers a 1920 x 1080 resolution with projected capacitive touch, and an optional 1000nit high-brightness panel for improved visibility in bright or semi-outdoor environments. A side-mounted touch on/off button allows safe shutdown during cleaning procedures without accessing rear I/O, supporting hygienic operating practices.

Designed for harsh industrial conditions, the NuTAM-921E is fully sealed to IP66/IP69K, providing protection against dust ingress and high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. Its fanless thermal design improves system reliability while supporting a wide operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. Flexible installation is supported via VESA 100 x 100 and yoke mount options.
