NuTAM-915E Series

The NuTAM-915E is a 15" fanless stainless steel panel PC engineered for hygienic and washdown-intensive industrial environments. Featuring a fully sealed SUS304 stainless steel enclosure as standard (SUS316 optional), it combines high-performance computing, edge AI capability and robust ingress protection in a compact, easy-to-clean design. With an IP66/IP69K rating and sealed M12 connectors, it is well suited to food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical production and other hygiene-critical applications.

The system is powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 1 processors, with support for the Core™ Ultra 5 125U or Core™ Ultra 7 155U. These CPUs use a hybrid P-core and E-core architecture to deliver strong performance with improved power efficiency. Integrated Intel® Arc™ graphics support modern, graphics-rich HMI applications, while the onboard NPU enables low-power AI acceleration for edge inference tasks such as vision inspection, analytics and intelligent monitoring. Up to 48GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory is supported, ensuring responsive operation in demanding industrial workloads.

Flexible storage is provided via a PCIe x4 M.2 2280 M-Key slot as standard, with an optional 2.5" SATA III SSD for additional capacity. This combination supports fast system responsiveness, reliable data logging and scalable system design.

All I/O interfaces are designed for harsh environments and presented via M12 connectors with waterproof caps and chains. Standard connectivity setup includes 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x RS-232/422/485 serial port, and 1 x 2.5GbE LAN. Two additional M12 expansion positions allow optional configuration with extra USB2.0 ports, USB 3.2 Gen1, an additional 2.5GbE LAN, a COM port or HDMI output. Wireless expansion is supported via internal M.2 slots for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, LTE or 5G, along with a SIM slot. Optional RFID and 8MP camera modules further support access control, traceability and inspection applications.

The 15" projected capacitive touchscreen features an edge-to-edge true-flat front, minimising bacteria build-up and simplifying cleaning. A side-mounted touch on/off button supports hygienic operation, while the optional 1000nit high-brightness display ensures clear visibility in brightly lit production areas. The fully sealed chassis is designed to withstand high-pressure washdowns in compliance with IP69K requirements.

A fanless thermal design and stainless steel construction enable reliable operation across a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (high-brightness models: 0°C to 50°C). The system supports a 9–36V DC wide-range power input and offers flexible installation via VESA 100 x 100 or optional yoke mounting.
