ACS-2311A

The ACS-2311A is a compact rugged embedded PC that has been designed with a variety of rugged features, along with a range of customisable components. It features a quad-core Intel Celeron J6412 2.0GHz/ 2.6GHz 10W processor, as well as one 260-pin SO-DIMM up to 32GB DDR4. This makes it a cost-effective solution that is suitable for a variety of applications, including manufacturing, process control, warehousing and mining.

The ACS-2311A features a wide range of I/O options as standard, as well as expansion and OS options, making it adaptable to a wide variety of industrial applications. It comes with two USB 3.2 Gen1 type A, four USB 2.0, one RS-232/422/485, DB-9 (default RS-232), five RS-232, one 2.5GbE LAN, RJ-45 (i210AT), and one GbE LAN, RJ-45 (i225LM). It also comes with one HDMI and one DP port, allowing users to connect multiple displays. With such a vast array of I/O, users have the ability to connect a variety of peripheral devices depending on their specific requirements.

It also features one M.2 E-Key 2230 for WiFi/BT module expansion option, one M.2 B Key 2242/2280 for SSD and one MO-297 SATA for storage options. It also supports the following operating systems, Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 IoT, and Linux Ubuntu, making it adaptable to a range of applications.

The ACS-2311A has also been designed with a number of rugged features, such as a fanless design, an ultra-wide operating temperature range (-20°C~60°C or -30°C~70°C (optional)), a rugged housing, with aluminium heatsink and steel chassis, that provides protection against dust and other environmental factors (e.g. shock & vibration), and a 9~36 VDC power input range. These features combine to make it a durable and reliable solution that will continue to operate even in harsh environments.

It also has a compact form factor (180mm x 130mm x 58.5mm), which makes it ideal for applications with limited space. It can also be wall mounted or DIN rail mounted (optional), further making it adaptable to a variety of environments.
