The AVS-553 is a high-performance Edge AI computing system designed for industrial automation, machine vision, and data-intensive applications. Powered by 13th/14th Gen Intel® Core™ processors (Raptor Lake-S Refresh) with the Intel® R680E chipset, it supports up to 128GB of DDR5 memory and offers flexible GPU expansion for demanding AI workloads. Dual M.2 slots provide high-speed storage options, while PCIe expansion allows scalable GPU and I/O configurations. The system also includes extensive connectivity, featuring 8 x USB 3.2 ports, 6 x serial ports, 4 x 2.5GbE LAN with TSN, GPIO for control integration, and 8K-capable HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.

Built for harsh industrial environments, the AVS-553 operates from -20°C to 60°C and is tested for shock and vibration resistance to IEC 60068-2 standards. Dual hot-swappable 550W CRPS power supplies deliver up to 1100W of redundant power for uninterrupted 24/7 operation. With support for Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, the AVS-553 combines processing power, GPU-ready expandability, and rugged reliability to meet the demands of modern Edge AI and industrial automation applications.
