BOXER-6619-TWL: High-Performance Fanless Embedded PC with 4 x PoE LAN

The BOXER-6619-TWL is a high-performance industrial fanless Box PC engineered for streamlined data processing and security in demanding applications like HMI, SCADA, and safety systems. Powered by the Intel Core N-series or N150 processors with up to 32GB of high-speed DDR5 memory, it features a rugged, vibration-resistant chassis built to withstand mechanical stress, shock, and harsh industrial environments. The compact design supports triple display outputs via dual HDMI and VGA, providing a versatile hub for complex monitoring and graphical automation interfaces.

To ensure seamless connectivity, the system includes a comprehensive I/O suite featuring four LAN ports with PoE support, six COM ports, and an 8-bit DIO for integrated sensor control. It offers flexible wireless expansion via internal M.2 slots for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 5G mobile connectivity with Nano-SIM support. Designed for stability, the BOXER-6619-TWL supports a wide 9V–36V DC input with full circuit protection and operates reliably from -20°C to 60°C. NuTAM-917E: 17" IP66/69K Fully Sealed Stainless Steel AI Panel PC

The NuTAM-917E is a 17" fully sealed stainless steel Panel PC purpose-built for hygiene-critical and washdown-intensive environments like food processing and pharmaceuticals. Powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 1 processors with an integrated NPU for edge AI acceleration, it features an IP66/69K rated Grade 304 stainless steel chassis (Grade 316 optional) built to resist corrosion and bacterial build-up. The edge-to-edge true-flat touchscreen provides intuitive projected capacitive multi-touch and includes a side-mounted touch on/off button, allowing for safe hygienic cleaning without a full system power-down.

To maintain waterproof integrity, the system uses high-grade M12 connectors for all I/O, including 2.5GbE LAN, USB, and serial ports, with blank positions for optional expansion like additional USB or HDMI. It offers flexible wireless connectivity via internal M.2 slots for Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and 5G, with further options for integrated RFID and camera modules. Designed for harsh industrial conditions, the NuTAM-917E supports a wide 9V–36V DC input and operates reliably from -20°C to 60°C. USB3-C6A-4: 4-Port USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) Extender via CAT6a

The USB3-C6A-4 is a high-performance 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 extender designed to bridge the distance gap for high-speed peripherals in professional and industrial environments. By utilising HDBaseT-certified CAT6a cabling, it allows you to extend four USB devices up to 100 metres from a host computer without any loss in signal integrity or the need for additional drivers. The system is a fully transparent, plug-and-play solution, ensuring seamless operation with modern 5Gbps super-speed devices as well as legacy USB 2.0 and 1.1 peripherals like 4K webcams and industrial sensors.

To facilitate advanced industrial integration, the unit features a rugged steel construction with integrated mounting brackets and supports bi-directional RS232 and FSYNC GPIO pass-through. E-1W: ENVIROMUX 1-Wire Environmental Monitoring System

The E-1W is a versatile 1-Wire environmental monitoring solution designed to track critical conditions such as temperature, humidity, liquid presence, and security over IP. Supporting up to 24 single-reading 1-Wire sensors in any combination—including dew point and digital inputs—alongside two separate digital inputs, it provides comprehensive oversight for server rooms and remote facilities. The system functions independently or as a remote sensor hub for larger ENVIROMUX units, notifying users via email, SNMP, or web alerts whenever sensor data exceeds user-defined thresholds.

To ensure robust facility management, the E-1W supports up to four IP network video cameras and integrates seamlessly with open-source monitoring packages like Nagios. The sensors are hot-pluggable for easy maintenance, and the system can monitor up to four IP network devices via ping commands to ensure constant connectivity. Designed for mission-critical reliability, the unit features dual redundant power supplies and an optional Power over Ethernet (PoE) configuration. With its ability to trigger complex "Smart Alerts" based on combined sensor conditions, it serves as a secure, scalable entry-point for protecting high-value industrial assets.

M.2-ADIO16-8F: 16-Bit High-Speed Analogue I/O M.2 Card

The M.2-ADIO16-8F is a high-performance 16-bit data acquisition board designed to add versatile analogue and digital I/O capabilities to any system with an M.2 slot. Featuring a 1MHz sampling rate and software-configurable input ranges, it supports up to 8 single-ended or 4 differential analogue inputs, making it ideal for precision embedded equipment monitoring and mobile data acquisition.
