ViTAM-915D Series

The ViTAM-915D is a 15” (1024 x 768) sealed IP66/69K stainless steel Panel PC solution. The ViTAM-915D combines a range of rugged, hygienic features, along with essential processing and connectivity features. These features make it ideal for a wide variety of applications where ruggedness, hygiene and/or sanitation are a requirement, including food and beverage processing & manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing & packaging, marine & offshore, medical, healthcare, biotechnology and cosmetics manufacturing.

The 304 or optional 316 stainless steel enclosure of the ViTAM-915D provides anti-corrosion, anti-bacterial, and anti-oxidation protection. It is also IP66/69K rated, which provides protection against the ingress of dust, dirt, grime and liquids. It has also been specially designed with smooth, seamless construction that helps to prevent bacteria/contaminants from harbouring on the chassis, further helping to prevent any hygiene issues. The construction of the ViTAM-915D makes it easy to clean, even with cleaning chemicals and/or powerful water jets, and ensures reliable operation for years to come.

The ViTAM-915D features a 12th/13th Gen. Intel Core i3/i5 processor, and supports up to 64GB DDR4 SoDIMM memory. It also features 2 x USB2.0, 1 x RS-232/422/485 COM and 1 x LAN ports via waterproof M12 connectors. It also has two additional configurable ports via M12 connectors, allowing the addition of an extra USB, LAN or COM port. Expansion options include 5G, WiFi and Bluetooth, along with the option to add a RFID module to the front of the system.

The ViTAM-915D has a 15” TFT-LCD display with a 1024 x 768 resolution. It also supports resistive touch, ideal for use with gloves, often crucial for maintaining sterile environments or in areas where the display may be covered in dirt, grime or liquid, or projected capacitive touch, a more rugged option with anti-scratch protection. Optional high brightness features also help to make the screen visible in increased sunlight areas, making it ideal for a range of applications and environments, including outdoors.

Along with its stainless steel construction and IP rating, the ViTAM-915D has also been designed with a number of other rugged features, including fanless operation, a wide operating temperature range (0~50°C / -20~60°C optional), and a wide power input (DC 9~36V). It also supports Windows 10/11 and Linux and features the ability to easily turn off touch functionality so as to easily clean the system without shutting down. The ViTAM-915D also features a range of versatile mounting solutions including, floor stands, swing arms, Yoke mounts, and VESA mounts, making it suitable for most environments.
