NuTAM-815C Series

The NuTAM-815C is a 15" (1024 x 768 resolution) IP69K Stainless Panel PC designed for hygienic industrial environments such as food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and cleanrooms. Powered by an Intel Atom x7425E Quad Core processor, it provides efficient and reliable performance for modern industrial applications. The system supports up to 32GB of high-speed DDR5 memory and features an M.2 M-Key socket for SSD storage, with an optional 2.5" SATA3 SSD for expanded capacity.

The 15" TFT-LCD display offers a crisp 1024 x 768 resolution and features a true-flat front bezel for easy cleaning. It comes standard with a projected capacitive multi-touch screen, providing a durable and responsive user interface that resists wear in high-traffic environments. For installations in brightly lit or outdoor settings, a range of sunlight-readable enhancements are available, including a high-brightness 1000-nit panel, anti-glare (AG) or anti-reflective (AR) coatings, and optical bonding for superior clarity. These can be further augmented with auto-dimming sensors and anti-UV ceramic ink to protect the display from long-term sun exposure. A unique touch on/off button is integrated into the side edge, allowing operators to disable the screen for hygienic wipe-downs without shutting the system down.

To maintain its waterproof integrity, the NuTAM-815C uses high-grade M12 connectors for all I/O, including 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x COM (RS-232/422/485), and 1 x 2.5GbE LAN. For applications requiring further connectivity, the unit features two expansion slots that can be configured with additional M12 ports, including options for 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.2 Gen1, 1 x 2.5GbE LAN, 1 x COM, or 1 x HDMI. The unit also offers excellent communication flexibility with internal slots for optional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE/5G modules, as well as an optional RFID module for contactless operator identification and improved security.

Built for the most demanding washdown environments, the chassis is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, with Grade 316 available as an option for superior corrosion resistance. The system is fully IP66 and IP69K rated, allowing it to withstand high-pressure (up to 100 bar) and high-temperature (up to 80°C) water jets. It supports a wide-range 9V to 36V DC power input and operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C up to 60°C, ensuring consistent performance in both cold storage and high-heat production areas.

The NuTAM-815C includes an onboard TPM 2.0 for enhanced hardware security and supports Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Linux operating systems. For flexible installation, it supports standard VESA 100 mounting or an optional ergonomic yoke mount for versatile positioning on the factory floor.
