ABOS-921D Series

The ABOS-921D is a rugged, high-performance 21.5" Panel PC with integrated button controls, designed to deliver intuitive and tactile control in demanding industrial environments. Powered by 12th or 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i3/i5 (Alder Lake-U) processors and equipped with a fully sealed IP65-rated chassis, it combines computing power with physical interface elements that enhance usability, safety, and responsiveness on the factory floor.

Ideal for smart manufacturing, process control, and machine automation, the ABOS-921D features integrated push-button controls—including start, stop, and reset—as well as three programmable buttons for custom functions. An emergency stop button and optional key switch provide added safety and security. Designed for gloved operation and wet or dusty conditions, its tactile interface improves accuracy and productivity where traditional touchscreens may fall short.

A 21.5" Full HD display with projected capacitive multi-touch technology ensures responsive, and glove-compatible input, even in harsh or wet environments. A front-facing waterproof USB 2.0 port enables fast device connection, such as for keyboards or USB drives, while comprehensive rear I/O includes 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x RS-232/422/485 (DB9), 1 x HDMI (up to 4096 × 2304 @ 60 Hz), and 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports (Intel® I219LM and I210AT) for flexible integration.

With support for up to 64GB of DDR4 memory, M.2 NVMe and 2.5" SATA storage, and wide-range DC input (9–36V), the ABOS-921D delivers robust computing performance and long-term reliability in industrial settings. The system is also built to operate reliably in environments with temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C, making it suitable for use in both temperature-controlled and harsh conditions.

It also features a slim, gap-free front bezel, a rugged aluminium chassis, and an updated back cover with enhanced heat dissipation, and improved configuration. It also supports top or bottom swing arm mounting and optional accessories like left/right handles and a keyboard holder.
