The BOXER-6619-TWL is a high-performance, fanless industrial box PC designed to streamline data processing and security across demanding applications. Powered by the latest Intel® Core™ N-series and Intel® Processor N-series, including the Core™ 3 N355 or N150 processors, it delivers a perfect balance of power efficiency and computational speed. The system supports up to 32GB of high-speed DDR5 SODIMM memory and features an internal 2.5” SATA drive bay for reliable local data storage.

Engineered for versatile connectivity, the BOXER-6619-TWL features 4 x LAN ports, all supporting IEEE 802.3af/at PoE with a total 80W power budget across all ports for simplified IP camera or sensor integration. This is complemented by 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 2 x USB 2.0, and 6 x DB-9 ports for RS-232/422/485 serial communication, plus an 8 x DIO port. Visual output is handled via 2 x HDMI (up to 4K @ 60Hz) and 1 x VGA (FHD) for triple display configurations. Internal expansion is robust, offering an M.2 2230 E-Key for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, an M.2 3052 B-Key for 5G modules, and a Nano SIM slot.

Built to withstand the rigours of the factory floor, this rugged PC supports a wide 9V to 36V DC power input range equipped with a full protection circuit covering overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and reverse voltage. The fanless thermal design allows for a broad operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. Furthermore, the unit is vibration-resistant up to 3Grms and shock-tested to 50G, ensuring continuous operation in environments prone to mechanical stress.

The BOXER-6619-TWL features a compact and durable chassis measuring 214mm x 116mm x 65mm. It comes standard with wall mount brackets, while a DIN rail mounting kit is available as an optional extra to suit various cabinet configurations. To ensure compatibility with modern industrial software ecosystems, the system fully supports Windows 11 IoT and Linux Ubuntu 24.04 (Kernel 6.8 or later).

Advanced security is a cornerstone of this platform, featuring onboard TPM 2.0 and BIOS-level protections such as Rollback Protection and Security Flash. Optional Out-of-Band (OOB) management and the AAEON Remote Diagnostic Tool are available by request to facilitate real-time status monitoring and remote control.
