The BOXER-8622AI is a compact, fanless embedded AI system powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin Nano™ module with Super Mode support. Designed for space-constrained industrial environments, it delivers impressive AI performance, enhanced connectivity, and flexibility in deployment.
Built for intelligent edge applications, the BOXER-8622AI features a 6-core Arm® Cortex®-A78AE CPU paired with 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR5 memory, enabling efficient processing of AI workloads in real time. Storage is handled via a high-speed M.2 2280 M-Key slot, supporting SSDs for rapid data access and reliability in rugged conditions.
For connectivity, the system is equipped with dual Gigabit Ethernet (2 x RJ-45), four USB ports (2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 and 2 x USB 2.0), and a Micro USB for OS flashing. Industrial control and integration are supported via CANBus (DB-9), RS-232/422/485 (DB-9), HDMI 1.4 and a 13-bit DIO interface (DB-15). Expansion capabilities include M.2 E-Key (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) and M.2 B-Key (4G/5G), while six antenna holes provide wireless deployment flexibility.
With 12–24V DC power input range, anti-vibration protection (3.5Grms), and wide (-15°C to 65°C) operating temperature tolerance, the BOXER-8622AI is ideal for edge AI solutions such as traffic management, smart surveillance, AMR/AGV control, and manufacturing automation.
