The MSR85 is a reusable ultra-low temperature data logger, that is engineered for reliable temperature monitoring of sensitive products stored or transported with dry ice. Ideal for pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biological samples, tissues, enzymes, and other temperature-critical goods, the MSR85 safeguards the cold chain down to -85°C. Housed in a rugged, IP67-rated enclosure with a replaceable battery, it offers long-term, reusable operation, providing a cost-effective and sustainable solution for repeated use. Users can easily configure alarm limits, logging intervals, and time zones via the online Configuration Tool, then start recording with a single push of a button. Bright LED indicators deliver instant feedback if temperature thresholds are breached during transit.

Post-shipment, the MSR85 connects to a PC via USB-C to automatically generate tamper-proof PDF and CSV reports, complete with graphs, measurement tables, and statistical summaries. Featuring a precise housing-mounted PT1000 sensor, up to 32,000 data point capacity, and a 5-point factory calibration certificate, it meets EN 12830 standards for food and pharmaceutical logistics and complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. With its robust design and international lithium battery transport compliance, the MSR85 is an ideal solution for air, land, and sea cold chain applications worldwide.
