The BOXER-6619-TWL is a high-performance, fanless industrial box PC designed to streamline data processing and security across demanding applications. Powered by the latest Intel® Core™ N-series and Intel® Processor N-series (Core™ 3 N355 or N150), it delivers a perfect balance of power efficiency and computational speed. The system supports up to 32GB of high-speed DDR5 memory and features an internal 2.5” SATA drive bay for reliable local data storage. Versatile connectivity includes 2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1, 6 x DB-9 ports for serial communication, 8 x DIO, and triple display support via dual HDMI (4K @ 60Hz) and VGA. Networking is a core strength, featuring four LAN ports with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE and an 80W power budget, making it ideal for IP camera and sensor integration.

Built to withstand the rigours of the factory floor, the BOXER-6619-TWL supports a wide 9V to 36V DC input with full circuit protection and operates reliably from -20°C to 60°C. Its rugged, fanless design is vibration-resistant up to 3Grms and shock-tested to 50G, ensuring continuous operation in high-stress environments. Expansion options include an M.2 2230 E-Key for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and an M.2 3052 B-Key with Nano SIM for 5G connectivity. Advanced security is a cornerstone of the platform, featuring onboard TPM 2.0, BIOS-level protections, and optional Out-of-Band (OOB) management for remote diagnostics. Supporting Windows 11 IoT and Linux Ubuntu 24.04, the BOXER-6619-TWL provides a secure, resilient solution for HMI, SCADA, and automated safety systems.
