The ABOS-921D is a rugged 21.5" sealed Panel PC with integrated push-button controls designed for intuitive and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. Powered by 12th or 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i3/i5 processors and housed in a fully sealed IP65-rated chassis, it combines high-performance computing with tactile controls—including start, stop, reset, and programmable buttons—plus an emergency stop and optional key switch for enhanced safety. The glove-friendly projected capacitive touchscreen ensures accurate input even in wet or dusty conditions, making it ideal for smart manufacturing, process control, and machine automation.

The ABOS-921D features a Full HD display, versatile I/O including HDMI, dual GbE LAN, multiple USB ports, and a waterproof front USB for quick device connections. With support for up to 64GB DDR4 memory, M.2 NVMe and SATA storage, wide 9–36V DC input, and operation from 0°C to 50°C, it delivers long-term reliability in harsh environments. Its slim, gap-free bezel, rugged aluminium chassis, and mounting flexibility—plus optional handles and keyboard holder—make it a practical, durable solution for packaging lines, production floors, and control stations.
