Interworld Electronics has released the BOXER-6639M multi-core embedded controller from Aaeon. The BOXER-6639M is a high performance standalone embedded PC featuring sixth or seventh generation Intel® Core™ i socket type processor, fanless operation, extensive I/O, Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), compact size and robust construction.
The BOXER-6639M is based on the Intel Q170 chipset to provide a state-of-the-art multi-core embedded platform. Factory installed processor options include: Seventh generation Core i7-7700T, i5-7500T, i3-7100TE and Sixth generation Core i7-6700TE, i5-6500TE, i3-6100TE. Pentium and Celeron processor options are also available. The BOXER-6639M is equipped with two SODIMM socket supporting up to 32GB of DDR4 system memory, three Gigabit RJ-45 Ethernet connectors, six USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, six RS-232/422/485 ports and 32-bit DI/O. An additional 4 Gigabit RJ-45 Ethernet port with Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) are also provided. A 2.5" SATA hard drive can be internally mounted for operating system and data storage. An externally accessible CFast slot is provided for removable storage. System expansion is possible via two full size Mini-Card slots. The on-board Intel HD graphics engine provides dual HDMI and VGA outputs for high resolution displays.
The unique heat sink and fanless design of the BOXER-6639M coupled with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 55°C ensures long-term reliable operation in industrial and embedded environments.
The BOXER-6639M can be powered from a 12~36V DC source. An optional 120W and 220W 100~240VAC power packs are also available.
